So, if we can get a few of you together I have builders/developers/property owners that would be happy to break up some properties and buildings for smaller uses.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I get calls on a regular basis from business owners that LOVE the are but don't need 10,000 feet of office.  And, the sellers aren't usually interested in renting 1k of a 10k space.
