This post is for me to organize the "smaller" businesses people in the Martin City area that would like 800-2500+- square feet of space for their business but have not been able to find the right size yet due to the HUGE property sizes and LARGE lots that come with properties. So, if we can get a few of you together I have builders/developers/property owners that would be happy to break up some properties and buildings for smaller uses.

I get calls on a regular basis from business owners that LOVE the are but don't need 10,000 feet of office. And, the sellers aren't usually interested in renting 1k of a 10k space. If a 4 a 3 a 2 and a 800 come together we can convert a building to a business center very easily.
